How ROI Revolutions collects, uses, shares and retains personal information across this website and our client engagements.

Effective January 1, 2026 · ROI Revolutions LLC

1. Who we are

ROI Revolutions LLC ("ROI Revolutions", "we", "us") is a digital marketing studio based at 2765 Bunnlevel Erwin Rd, Erwin, NC 28339-875. This policy explains how we handle personal information collected through this website, our forms, our email programs and our client service work.

This page is maintained by ROI Revolutions and describes our own practices. It is a statement of our commitments, not an independent certification or audit result.

2. Information we collect

We collect only what we need to answer inquiries and deliver services:

  • Information you submit: name, company, work email, phone number, budget range, service interest and the content of your message or job application.
  • Usage information: pages viewed, referring source, approximate location derived from IP address, device and browser type.
  • Communication records: emails, call notes and meeting summaries created while we evaluate or service an engagement.
  • Client account data: credentials or delegated access you grant us to advertising, analytics and CRM platforms during an active engagement.

3. How we use information

We use personal information to:

  • Respond to inquiries, prepare proposals and schedule calls.
  • Deliver, measure and improve the marketing services you have engaged us to perform.
  • Send the newsletter or resources you asked for; every message includes an unsubscribe link.
  • Maintain security, prevent abuse and spam, and keep accurate business records.
  • Meet legal, tax and contractual obligations.

5. Sharing and service providers

We do not sell personal information and we do not share it for cross-context behavioural advertising. We share data only with vendors that help us operate, each bound by contract to protect it, and with authorities where the law requires disclosure.

Categories of providers we rely on include website hosting and infrastructure, email delivery, scheduling, analytics, CRM, and advertising platforms used on a client's behalf under their own account.

6. Retention

Inquiry and form submissions are retained while the opportunity is active and for up to 24 months afterwards. Client engagement records are retained for the life of the contract plus the period required for tax and legal purposes. Newsletter records are kept until you unsubscribe. You may ask us to delete your information sooner.

7. Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, delete, port or restrict processing of your personal information, to opt out of marketing, and to appeal a decision we make about your request. Residents of California, Colorado, Connecticut, Virginia and similar jurisdictions may exercise these rights without discrimination.

To make a request, email help@roirevolutions.co with the subject line "Data Request". We verify identity before acting and respond within the period required by applicable law.

8. Security

We restrict access to personal data to the people who need it, use reputable hosted platforms, and require multi-factor authentication on the accounts we control. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

9. Children

This website is intended for business audiences. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.

10. Changes and contact

We may update this policy as our services or the law change. The effective date at the top of this page always reflects the current version.
