How to notify us of allegedly infringing material and how counter-notices are handled.

Effective January 1, 2026 · ROI Revolutions LLC

2. Submitting a notice

A valid notice should be sent in writing and include:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.
  • The exact URL or location of the material you want removed.
  • Your name, address, telephone number and email address.
  • A statement that you believe in good faith the use is not authorised by the owner, its agent or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information is accurate and you are authorised to act for the owner, with your physical or electronic signature.

3. Counter-notification

If your material was removed in error you may submit a counter-notice with the same contact details, identification of the removed material, and a statement under penalty of perjury that removal resulted from mistake or misidentification.

4. Repeat infringers

We terminate relationships with parties who repeatedly infringe the rights of others.
