Refund & Cancellation Policy

1. Monthly retainers

Retainers run month to month after any initial term. Either party may cancel with 30 days' written notice. The final month is billed in full and we complete in-flight work, hand over deliverables and transfer account access during that period.

2. Fixed-scope projects

Projects are quoted with a deposit and milestone payments. Deposits secure schedule and senior staffing and are non-refundable once work begins. If you cancel mid-project you are billed for completed milestones and work in progress up to the cancellation date.

3. Media spend

Advertising budgets are paid by you directly to the platforms and are governed by their terms. We cannot refund money already spent on media.

4. Requesting a review

If you believe an invoice is incorrect or a deliverable fell short of the agreed scope, contact help@roirevolutions.co within 30 days of the invoice date. We will review the engagement record and issue a correction or credit where the claim is substantiated.
